Signs of resilience
The site in Carntyne which was completely cleared last year is beginning to show signs of resilience. The redcurrant bush which I made an ice sorbet from last year (still in the freezer) has shot up again and will no doubt produce a fresh new harvest again ready for picking in July/August.
