the pictures describe the action of twinning by raised hands and the signatures on the yellow raincoats. I received great help from the site personnel who took the photos from across the road. The site is currently being developed and one of the builders stepped into the action, though he was not very curious why I was standing there in a yellow raincoat with my hands raised. His colleagues just stood in the background, not wanting to be involved.
