Create a myth in relation to the wasteland.

A grand narrative or a simple rumour, it may be natural or supernatural, about the future or past, believable or unbelievable.Perhaps simply

highlight, distort or sensationalise a story that is already known about the wasteland.  Find a way to make the Myth public e.g. by word of mouth, media attention, the Internet or intervention.
