Entertain the possibility of setting up a new co-operative called 'Waste Food'.
Products would be made from all the best produce foraged from wasteland sites in the city.
These could be made into preserves, pickles and pies of all descriptions.
Food labels would describe where the food was foraged from, providing information about the history and possible future of that site.
Profits would be used to sensitively develop these sites for future harvest, to gather information (Land Registry costs) and develop the 'Waste Food' brand.
Foraging could become a community event.
